AUTHORS GUIDELINES


PAPER SUBMISSION


Before submission, authors should carefully review our submission requirements and formatting standards. They must ensure that the manuscript adheres to ethical guidelines and includes all the necessary sections:
  • Submissions must be original and not simultaneously under review for publication elsewhere. Papers should be of 12 pages, including all tables, figures, and references. All manuscripts must be written in English.

  • Authors are required to ensure proper grammar and language quality before submission.

  • Authors should adhere to Springer's guidelines and utilize the provided templates for paper preparation, available here in both LaTeX and Word formats.

  • All submissions must be uploaded electronically in PDF format via the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit, through the following Submission Link. If submission through the platform is not possible, please contact us at: cosi2025@estin.dz

  • Authors will receive an automated confirmation email for every successful submission.

  • Please note that papers submitted after the deadline will not be considered.


Submmission to COSI'2025



Registration

  • For each accepted paper or poster, an author must register, pay the conference fee, and present the work in person at the event.
  • Even if the paper is accepted, it will not be included in the conference proceedings unless it is registered and presented at the conference.
  • Participants will have the opportunity to register after receiving acceptance notification and ensuring their work is camera-ready.
  • The payment will be made via bank transfer. The account number will be available soon.
  • Please email us a scanned copy of your registration fee receipt or transaction proof
  • Acknowledgment of registration will be sent after receiving your payment receipt.
